Breakfast: Greek yogurt w/ 1 sliced peach
Lunch: Tomato and stirfried carrots w/ onion.
Dinner: Egg and avocado in a whole wheat tortilla.
Snacks: 1pc shortbread, 1/4c peanuts.
Exercise: Unfortunately I was so tired after work I didn’t really exercise that much :( I only did 2 cardio circuits before I passed out and fell asleep D: I deeeefinitely need to exercise more if I want to build any muscle mass.
